Senior SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Lead

Auxis is seeking a highly experienced SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Consultant to lead SEC filings, technical research, and finance controls for a public-ready biotech environment. You will own accruals, equity accounting, and auditor coordination, partnering with Legal, R&D, and Finance to ensure accurate disclosures.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting with Big Four roots and strong US GAAP/SOX knowledge, preferably in biotechnology.
