Senior Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum delivery for 2–3 teams, facilitating sprint ceremonies and influencing agile execution across multiple teams.
• Identify and address systemic anti‑patterns, rooting causes and providing coaching on product mindset and dependencies.
• Protect sprint integrity by managing scope changes and coordinating dependencies across teams.
• Guide teams toward value‑driven and sustainable delivery practices, using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Support definition and communication of team vision, roadmap alignment, and OKRs with product and technology partners.
• Enable effective team launch and ongoing Agile maturity.
• Collaborate with program leadership on risks, dependencies, milestones, and metrics for decision‑making.
• Contribute to the Agile Community of Practice through coaching, teaching, facilitation, and change management.
