Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce–Microsoft Copilot integration architectures
- Configure and maintain Salesforce orgs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Develop custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Integrate Copilot Studio with Salesforce data using APIs and connectors
- Define data mapping strategies between Salesforce objects and Microsoft 365 services
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across integrated platforms
- Provide technical guidance and documentation for internal teams
- Participate in solution design reviews and stakeholder workshops
