Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience 💻

Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript

Salesforce certifications (or readiness to obtain quickly):

Platform Developer I (PD II is a plus) 🎓

System Architect (nice-to-have)

Familiarity with version control (GIT), SFDX, and basic DevOps practices 🛠️

Understanding of clean code principles and enterprise coding/design patterns
