About the Role
Senior Salesforce Developer to lead CRM transformation onto the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). You'll serve as the platform SME, bridging business and engineering while delivering secure, scalable solutions across Lines of Business.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate business requirements and current-state environments to design optimal CRM solutions leveraging FSC and Salesforce product features
Identify and fix platform vulnerabilities; ensure resiliency, scalability, and security are built into every solution
Act as Salesforce SME — upskill staff, run training, and propagate best practices across the Wealth team
Partner with Scrum teams on requirements gathering, user stories, technical analysis, and estimation
Lead design and development on Salesforce FSC to drive business value for RBC WMC
