Responsibilities
- 1. Experience in Salesforce Cloud Voice (SCV) skillset is bonus.
- 2. Author the Technical Design Specification
- 3. Contribute to key deployment documentation
- 4. Develop custom configuration code without modify standard platform/ base product (if any)
- 5. Develop and document regression, as well as use case and unit testing scenarios
- 6. Define and monitor compliance with code check-in, backup / recovery, and versioning processes
- 7. Participate in testing and validation of the integration
- 8. Contribute to knowledge transfer process
- 9. Manage Envisioning client workshops, User Research (planning, execution and reporting), Personas / Scenarios / Journey Maps, Interaction Flows & Sitemaps, Storyboarding, Wireframes, Prototypes, Usability Testing
