The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Certinia PSA, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud—along with expertise in DevOps, CI/CD practices, change management, and user adoption. A passion for leveraging AI-driven tools and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
