Acting as Salesforce and Power BI system administrator including user access setup & basic training, data integrity, and diagnose and resolve various kinds of issues. Provide timely and effective solutions to system/ reporting issues that the sales team experiences and highlight by creating a ‘case’ to be solved Provide data and analytical support for various sales activities such as sales forecast & planning, sales booking & commission data, and KPI and related deep dives.
