We are seeking an experienced professional in Risk & Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the organization’s risk management and compliance framework in line with UK regulatory requirements.
Lead the design and implementation of
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks across operational, financial, and regulatory areas
Ensure adherence to
UK regulatory requirements (including FCA guidelines)
Manage compliance monitoring programs and support audit activities
Maintain
risk registers, KRIs, and mitigation plans
Strengthen governance frameworks and support board-level reporting
Collaborate with business, legal, audit, and senior leadership stakeholders
Foster a strong
risk-aware culture
across the organization
