Senior Requirements Engineer (f/m/d/x)

WHAT YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED WITH

As a Senior Requirements Engineer (f/m/d/x) at EMIL, you are the essential bridge between Business and Tech. You are responsible for the detail and clarity throughout the entire feature lifecycle, ensuring that friction between Product, QA, and Engineering is minimized. Specifically, this means:

• Translation & Clarity: You translate high-level initiatives and requirements from Product Management into detailed, actionable technical requirements and crystal-clear acceptance criteria.


• Backlog & Grooming: In close coordination with the PM, you improve and structure the product backlog. You specifically handle non-story changes, complex business logic, and the documentation of edge case.


• Test Enablement: You support Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) by deriving high-quality scenarios (e.g., in Gherkin syntax) directly from the requirements.
