SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

The person is responsible for growing the trust and investment distribution business directly from the market and company-sponsored initiatives. For identified institutional, large corporate and qualified individual accounts, he/she is responsible for identifying and understanding client needs and providing solutions; relationship management, ensuring client retention and continuing business growth by providing after sales service in the areas of account management and administration. He/she shall formulate and execute plans, programs and strategies to ensure the attainment of the job’s objectives.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you should be able to make recommendations to middle management on business solutions pertaining to client needs and the resolution of difficult situations.
