Join a leading team in self-driving technologies as a Senior Recruiter. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for both US and Canada, focusing on quality hiring strategies and candidate experience.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related fields, alongside 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, optimize recruiting pipelines, and enhance hiring practices within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for multidisciplinary teams
