Job Description
- Preparation of tender quotation, which consists of taking off quantities, procurement, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing, and preparation of tender submission
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing
- Preparation of interim valuations, pricing, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
- Carry out site measurement
- Handling of sub-contractor’s progress payments
- Other quantity surveying related duties
- Diploma/Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University
- Required language(s): English, Chinese for easier communication with China Supplier.
- >3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, entry level candidates are welcome.
