A well-established national structures subcontractor is expanding its operations into Queenstown, creating a rare opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor to take a lead role in a growing regional sub contractor business.
With a secured pipeline of major projects across the next 5+ years, this role offers genuine scope to step into a leadership and management position, shaping the commercial function locally and building a small QS team as workload grows toward an annual turnover of $25–30m.
Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the post-contract commercial function across multiple structural concrete and steel projects. This is a hands-on senior role with clear progression into a broader management position.
