Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager (APAC)

About the Role

This role is responsible for end-to-end cost and commercial management of construction projects across APAC. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on budget, with strong governance and commercial control , while working with stakeholders across multiple countries.

• Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and forecasts from feasibility to project completion
• Monitor project expenditure and provide cost variance analysis
• Identify risks, cost pressures, and savings opportunities
• Develop and support procurement strategies
• Prepare tender documents, BOQs, and pricing schedules
• Evaluate contractor and consultant bids and support award recommendations
• Manage contracts, variations, change orders, and payment applications
• Review claims and extensions of time (EOT)
