Prepare feasibility studies: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential projects.
Manage planning applications: They will oversee and manage planning applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time. Managing the land bank: The role includes managing the land bank, keeping track of available land, and making strategic decisions regarding its use. Negotiate with the construction team (internal): The candidate will be expected to negotiate with our internal construction team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
