Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established and dynamic construction company known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial building projects, is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cape Town . The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing cost control processes across multiple projects while leading and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors. This is a pivotal position reporting directly to the Contracts Director and offers the opportunity to influence project profitability at a strategic level.

Responsibilities

Pre-Contract Duties:

• Review and analyse contract documentation and tender information.
• Populate Contract BOQ into CCS and manage subcontract package repricing and negotiations.
• Finalise P&G savings in collaboration with the Project Manager and Contracts Director.
