About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities across pre-production and bulk production for apparel categories
- Act as the key interface between factories, vendors, regional teams (HK QC Hub, Merchandising, Compliance), and customers
- Ensure customer quality standards are clearly communicated and implemented through field training, supervision, and on-site support
- Monitor and drive vendor, QC and QA performance through KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement actions
- Oversee factory audits, technical evaluations, and CAP (Corrective Action Plans) follow-up
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for bulk issues, customer DC/store rejects, and production risks
