About the Role
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and integrity of the coalition loyalty platform across all customer-facing channels and backend systems. This role plays a critical part in protecting member trust, partner confidence, and financial accuracy by validating front‑end experiences, backend services, integrations, and data flows in a highly integrated, transaction‑driven environment.

I make sure millions of loyalty members earn, burn, and redeem rewards accurately and seamlessly across airlines, banks, retailers, and digital channels. I test complex customer journeys end‑to‑end— from mobile apps and websites to APIs and loyalty platforms—so points balances are always right, campaigns work as designed, and nothing breaks when new partners or features go live.
