About the Role
- Ensure tests are conducted according to the documented test plan.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and complete records, ensuring they are filed promptly for easy retrieval.
- Update records and control charts on time, and provide feedback to supervisors regarding any abnormal trends or patterns.
- Troubleshoot and maintain test and measuring equipment, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition.
- Take responsibility for ensuring product conformity.
- Ensure all quality requirements are met and address any quality-related issues within the assigned area.
- Promote and enforce safe working habits, 5S housekeeping practices, and discipline within the laboratory.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of chemicals in the QC laboratory.
- Coordinate with external vendors for troubleshooting, calibration, and other services.
- Compile and prepare QC reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
