About the Role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all tasks are comply to company procedural requirements, Quality, Environmental and Health standards (ISO 9001, AS9100D, ISO 14001, ISO45001) and Customer Specific requirements.
- Perform Incoming, First Article, Production Rejects and Customer Returns Verification activities.
- Program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measuring instruments.
- Generate FAI / PPAP dimensional reports in accordance with AS9102 or customer requirements.
- Assist QA Engineer/Manager on the following
- Verify newly established Inspection Plan vs Drawing Specification
- Report if found any discrepancy on part drawing.
- Recommend methods or techniques of inspection
- Maintain completeness and correctness of IQA Inspections documents, reports and records.
