Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Purchasing Executive to manage strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, regulatory compliance, and shipment coordination. The role requires strong expertise in purchasing operations, Malaysian regulatory standards, and cross‑border supplier management, along with the ability to independently handle procurement activities and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Supplier Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage local and overseas suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, favorable commercial terms, and timely delivery of materials
• Create and manage Purchase Orders and Material Master records in the ERP system
• Oversee shipment arrangements from PO issuance through delivery to warehouse or project site
