About the Role
A critical opportunity exists for an experienced Workforce Management Project Manager to lead a high‑risk, time‑sensitive migration from Kronos to Humanforce within a complex manufacturing environment.
The role You will take ownership of an enterprise‑wide workforce management transformation, stabilising delivery and leading the program through to a successful go‑live.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end‑to‑end migration from Kronos to Humanforce, including planning, recovery and execution
- Managing complex time and attendance (“clock on/off”) technologies, ensuring alignment with manufacturing operations
- Interpreting and implementing multiple Australian Enterprise Agreements within the workforce management and payroll framework
- Establishing strong governance, reporting and controls in a currently under‑defined environment
