About the Role
The Senior Project Manager oversees the project teams on their assigned sites to establish the project scope and ensure the job is completed within budget and according to schedule. The Senior Project Manager also manages relationships with consultants, trades, owners, and other key stakeholders to provide updates regarding the projects progress, changes in schedule and budget, and notify them of any potential risks and associated implications. Key Responsibilities: Provide overall management, administrative and technical direction for one or more projects.
Review initial drawings and project scope and ensure that the project is built in accordance with these documents. Conduct routine site visits to oversee the progress and scheduling of the trades. Identify and advising the senior management team of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts.
