Senior Project Manager - Operations

Reporting to the Director, Business Systems PMO, the Operational Excellence Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of complex, cross‑functional operations projects that support company and corporate objectives. These initiatives may include process improvement programs, operational productivity initiatives, digital operations enablement, and compliance‑related efforts.

The role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define project scope, develop detailed execution roadmaps, and lead delivery through disciplined project management and governance frameworks. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined performance targets while driving operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable results.

This position is located in London, Ontario and will be hybrid.
