Senior Project Manager

You will be the operational anchor of a high-stakes transformation programme inside a major UAE bank. Your job is to make sure nothing slips — across timelines, stakeholders, and workstreams — while staying sharp when priorities shift and people push back.

This is not a coordination role. You will manage upwards and across into difficult, senior client stakeholders from both the business and IT side. You will protect scope, flag risks early, and keep the team moving without needing to escape every decision.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the programme plan end-to-end: milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and reporting
• Own the client-facing project governance — status calls, steering committee preparation, and follow-through
• Navigate and align stakeholders from marketing, IT, procurement, and C‑suite — often simultaneously
