+ Lead end-to-end onboarding and integration projects across HSBC’s digital channels and payments/liquidity solutions, delivering a seamless client experience and accelerating time-to-revenue for strategic clients.
+ Run client technical workshops to define requirements, integration approach, testing strategy and cutover readiness aligned to client automation goals.
+ Own project governance (plan, RAID, dependencies, milestones) and proactively remove or escalate blockers to protect delivery and client outcomes.
