**Position Overview**

As a Senior Program Manager in Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs at Autodesk, you will lead small-to-medium GTM programs end-to-end, or significant workstreams within larger transformation and growth programs. You will translate program objectives into integrated plans, operating rhythms, and clear execution paths that help teams deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to clarify scope, manage dependencies, surface tradeoffs, and facilitate timely decisions. You will bring structure to ambiguous work, maintain momentum across teams, and ensure risks, decisions, and next steps are visible and actionable.
