PLANNING
- Define, strategize, and justify the entire plan for the project in coordination with the different internal teams. This includes but is not limited to the following: team allocation, timelines, budget, and process.
- Collaborate with:⦁ Account Management Team to determine breakdown of project inclusions⦁ Servicing Teams to determine and monitor task assignments, project member appointments and timelines⦁ Finance Team to determine billable tasks and projects
