Senior Product & Test Engineer, Advanced Node Test Chips

We are seeking an enthusiastic engineer to join our IP test and validation team. This role will focus on design review, development of test plans, testing, silicon data analysis and design debug. Key Responsibilities: IP and test requirements review with design engineers Develop test plans and testchip documentation Test program development Foundry engagement on early silicon Design of Experiments (DOE) Apply semiconductor domain knowledge and testing concepts to support analysis and decision-making. Utilize Python scripting to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks. Design and implement analytics solutions for root cause analysis using statistical and data-driven methodologies Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
