Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your competencies:

  • Develop marketing strategy and brand plan for product line with Marketing Head based on marketing analysis, ensure implementation of tactics such as value+ segment project etc.
  • Participate in the market research, e.g., customer pain points, market trend, competitors.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Head for new product launch, including launch plan, strategy, global and cross functional communication, timeline management, selling materials, sales motivation, channel promotion, etc.
  • Provide marketing support to sales team to ensure sales target achievement and market share gain
  • Marketing events preparation and organizing to ensure brand message delivering and high customer satisfaction achieving; ensure cost effective marketing events and programs within budget etc.
