Role Summary Product Development

Responsible for the design and development of new parts, subsystems, and products, including R& D, design improvements, problem-solving, and testing activities. The role involves coordination for concept development, feasibility studies, design validation, and prototype manufacturing to ensure successful product realization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule product design and development activities across multiple projects and variants Design and develop components, subsystems, and compressor packages as per project plans and EPDP Coordinate design validation activities with cross-functional teams Provide technical inputs to support procurement and development processes Execute redesign and engineering changes, including special projects as per business requirements
