Senior Procurement Associate (6-Month Term) (Toronto)

Toronto Foundation for Student Success (TFSS) seeks a Senior Procurement Associate on a 6‑month contract to support student nutrition programs across Toronto schools.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Food & Logistics.

Location: School Food Hub at 42 Dufflaw Rd. Hybrid work schedule of 2‑3 days in the office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Source and purchase food, supplies, and services to support student nutrition programs.
• Obtain quotes, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
• Create and manage purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor spending and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing trends to support decision‑making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors; monitor supplier performance, including quality, pricing, delivery, and service levels.
