Senior Process Engineer, Electroplating

Job Responsibilities: Analyze and troubleshoot problems with a systematic and analytical mindset. Monitor process performance and key parameters to maintain product quality and consistency, utilizing SPC charts and other statistical tools. Collaborate with Equipment Engineers to drive yield, quality, and throughput improvement projects. Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions on quality-related issues. Partner with external vendors to identify root causes, provide application support, and address topics relevant to the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment. Conduct training sessions for technicians to enhance technical competency and disseminate critical knowledge needed to achieve key module KPIs. Lead or participate in projects focused on downtime reduction, cost savings, yield improvement, or new material qualification.
