About the Role
Join Fasken as a Senior Privacy Program Lead, shaping the future of privacy across multiple jurisdictions. This role focuses on regulatory compliance and AI risk assessments to enhance data protection practices.
With over 900 lawyers globally, Fasken is dedicated to executing and maturing its privacy program. You will conduct privacy impact assessments, risk reviews, and establish compliance controls aligned with PIPEDA, GDPR, and POPIA. Additionally, you will partner with various stakeholders, including Legal and IT, to ensure efficient data handling and responsible AI usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct DPIs, TRAs, and privacy risk assessments
• Monitor and implement regulatory compliance across regions
• Develop and deliver Privacy Training firmwide
• Create metrics and dashboards for program reporting
