About the Role
We are looking for a customer-facing Senior Presales Solution Engineer who will support the sales organization by understanding customer needs, shaping relevant solution approaches, and effectively communicating the technical value of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate solution proposals
- Act as the trusted technical advisor of the sales team throughout the sales cycle including RFI/RFP process
- Lead customer discovery sessions, technical presentations, workshops and product demonstrations
- Present solution capabilities, business value proposition and key differentiators in a clear and compelling manner to managers, directors and C-level executives
