About the Role
Take charge of preconstruction as a Senior Preconstruction Manager with a tier 1 Developer poised for expansion. Your expertise in budgeting and estimations will directly influence project outcomes.
This role is crucial for overseeing all preconstruction phases, such as design coordination, cost analysis, and team development. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will ensure that every project is set for success from the very inception, while also guiding a team of Estimators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic planning for preconstruction activities
• Execute detailed cost analyses for labor and materials
• Attend design meetings and offer critical feedback
• Manage and track preconstruction budgets regularly
• Develop risk assessment plans and negotiate with subcontractors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
