Responsibilities :

Our manufacturing facility, PT Alia Digital Printex, located in Subang, West Java, is currently seeking a Senior PPIC to support our production processes. The details for this position are as follows :

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for developing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecast, machine capacity.
• Create and monitor the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and production supports.
• Supervise daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring execution meets output targets and delivery timelines.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and validate production reports from all production lines.
• Adjust schedules when disruptions occur (e.g., machine breakdowns, delayed materials, or quality issues).
