Senior Power Platform & Copilot Agent Developer

for a permanent, full-time 1-year term position with its Ottawa, based customer.

Key Tasks

Design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise Copilot Studio agents including conversational, generative, and action-driven agent experiences

Implement and manage agent actions and integrations connecting Copilot agents to enterprise workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows only), APIs, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure services, and third‑party platforms

Lead agent architecture and grounding strategies including knowledge source design, context management, prompt/system instruction design, and response quality controls

Leverage Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Foundry / AI Studio) to support agent solutions including model selection, secure grounding on organizational data, and platform‑level observability and governance patterns
