Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Performance Engineer with 10+ year experience. The Performance Engineer is responsible for designing, executing, and evolving enterprise grade performance engineering strategies across complex, distributed systems. This role combines deep expertise in performance testing, observability, and non functional engineering with AI driven approaches to improve test design, analysis, scalability, and predictive insights.
The engineer will work closely with Architecture, DevOps, Development, Cloud, and QA teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and resilience expectations across on prem and cloud environments.
