Job Description

Senior Payroll Officer – Eastern Suburbs (Perth)

$110,000 - $125,000 + Super 

Monday - Friday 

Office based - 38 hours (flexible start and finish times) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles
• Support end-to-end payroll operations, including new starters, terminations, and adjustments
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and system data
• Provide payroll administration support, including timesheet processing, data entry, and document management
• Respond to payroll-related queries and liaise with internal stakeholders
• Interpret awards, EBAs, and relevant payroll legislation
• Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and compliance requirements
