Senior Payroll Analyst

Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring payroll processing, audit and validation are in place ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll for large groups of employees. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage complex payroll cycles, audit payroll data, calculate necessary adjustments, and handle tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy & Auditing: Conduct reconciliations and perform payroll audits to confirm compliance with internal controls and legal regulations
• Process, tools and system Improvement: Identify operational gaps, implement new procedures, and enhance overall efficiency
• System Management: Utilize both manual and advanced payroll systems to manage payroll data and generate reports
• Escalation Support: Address complex payroll discrepancies and respond to high-level employee inquiries
