About the Role

You will take ownership of the payments operations function while collaborating with an Operations Analyst. Your responsibilities include managing fraud escalations and KYC exceptions, as well as monitoring key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of dispute and chargeback management
• Track and report on ACH return rates
• Evaluate flagged alerts for potential fraud outliers
• Coordinate KYC documentation and exception handling
• Guide the Operations Analyst in daily tasks and feedback
