Help partners build confidence in deploying and supporting the platform Manage and improve the company’s partner training academy
Update outdated learning materials and create new enablement content
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to build structured learning paths, documentation, and training videos Create setup guides, implementation documentation, FAQs, SOPs, and partner resources
Maintain a scalable self-service knowledge base for partners
