Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Operations SME at Trojan Technologies. This hybrid position in London focuses on ERP strategy and execution.
In this full-time dedicated role, you will serve as the key business representative for Operations in the Infor LN ERP implementation. Collaborate with IT and other departments to document processes, validate configurations, and lead UAT. Your impact will drive operational readiness and ensure accurate system alignment with Trojan’s manufacturing and distribution needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and analyze business processes for ERP alignment
• Lead UAT and validate process flows
• Collaborate with IT on configuration choices and approvals
• Address and resolve process gaps with cross-functional support
