Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time and No Tolerance to Deviation

• Ensures proper training and qualification of employees are planned and implemented

• Owns and enforces the No Tolerance to Deviation and Stop Work Authority policies across the entire operations team

• Accountable for safe operation of the site and compliance with local regulations and internal policies

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

• Accountable for the achievement of all operational KPIs, including safety, product quality, reliability and operational costs metrics
