Senior Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement network and security solutions, including configuring routers, switches, wireless, load balancers, and other network devices.
• Rack and stack network devices.
• Handle mid‑sized to mega‑sized projects.
• Diagnose and resolve network and security issues, investigating connectivity problems, configuration issues, and analyzing network traffic.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, manage expectations, and ensure client needs are met.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to deliver the network solution on schedule.
• Create technical documentation such as low‑level design, TDS, as‑built, UAT, and SAT documents, and obtain client sign‑off for project closure.
• Provide handover of the project to clients and internal operations teams.
• Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions and mentor team members on best practices.
