Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for core banking applications related to Investment & Wealth Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and business stakeholders.
