Senior Murex MXML Developer

Responsibilities

• Review all existing active MT templates and provide suggestions to consolidate the MT messages into MX format for all products and entities.
• Perform a gap analysis to understand the current MT mappings or format for specific products or entities and to adapt them into MX format.
• Enhance the underlying Murex MX package with specific requirements or mappings for each of the templates.
• Develop new MX templates for those message types not covered by the Murex MX package.
• Develop new ACK/NACK mappings to change the status of payment flows.
• Develop new automation of MxML or Unix shell scripts for a real‑time interface.
• Simplify the interface workflow to generate MX messages and the workflow for ACK/NACK.
• Clean up redundant workflows not used by the system.
• Transfer knowledge to existing EAD developers for future enhancements or developments.
