About the job Senior Messaging Engineer (Exchange / Microsoft 365) Responsibilities
Provide L3 support for messaging and unified communication platforms
Manage incident, problem, and request management, including escalations and high severity issues
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
Support and deliver infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, new builds, end-of-life activities)
Ensure systems meet SLA, security, and compliance standards
Drive service improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across regions
Act as technical escalation point and provide guidance to support teams
Manage vendor and service provider relationships
Maintain accurate technical documentation and SOPs
Participate in DR tests, infrastructure events, and global initiatives
